Directions for use:
Consume one seed after each meal every day. The natural oils within the seed contain all the vitamins so it is very important to chew the seed up as much as possible before swallowing. They have a nutty flavor at first and then become very sweet. Rinse mouth with water after eating the seed. Start with a maximum of 3 seeds a day and then slowly increase your intake over a few weeks. DO NOT exceed 10 seeds in a day. DO NOT consume seeds on an empty stomach.
